Raw Nutrients Daily Eliminate

Daily Eliminate contains magnesium oxide and citric acid in a capsule formulation designed to support bowel regularity and relieve constipation and bloating. Magnesium has an osmotic laxative effect, helping promote bowel movements.

Directions
Start with 4 capsules in water on an empty stomach before bed. If 3–5 bowel movements do not occur the next day, increase by 1 capsule nightly until achieved.
Continue for 7 days.

Maintenance use: Use the same dose 2–3 times weekly or as needed to maintain 3–5 bowel movements the following day.

Ingredients
Each 4-capsule serving contains:
Magnesium Oxide Heavy 3380 mg
Equivalent to Magnesium 2028 mg
Citric Acid 100 mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule.

Free from gluten, dairy, soy, animal products, corn, eggs and nuts.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid if pregnant, breastfeeding, or experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea.
Contains magnesium (laxative effect); prolonged use may cause bowel issues. Stay hydrated and consult a healthcare professional if needed. Stop use if adverse reactions occur.
