Directions
Adults: Add 1 1/2 metric teaspoons (6.1 g) to 200 mL of water once daily with food.
Children: Add 1 metric teaspoon (4.07 g) to 100 mL of water once daily with food.

Warnings
- Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
- Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur.
- Contains 362 mg of potassium per 6.1 g dose.
