Here are Some things you should know:
The morning after pill is not suitable if you are already pregnant, if you had unprotected sex more than 72 hours ago or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (we will help you identify this in pharmacy)
Please alert the pharmacist if you have previously had an ectopic pregnancy, if you suffer from any digestive disorders, or if you are taking any other medications especially Barbiturates, Primidone, Phenytoin, Carbamazepine, Ciclosporin, Griseofulvin, St Johns Wort, Rifampicin or Rifabutin, Ritonavir or if you are breast feeding (again we will help you identify this in pharmacy)
IMPORTANT: to be effective you must take the pill within 72 hours of having unprotected sex and is more effective the earlier in the 72 hours that you take it.
