Directions
Adults: Add 1 scoop (3.9 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily with food. Stir well and take immediately.

I would recommend this product and City Med Pharmacy to anyone who wants to improved their bone health. It is necessary though to be under a Natupatlh who can prescribe the product.
