Warnings
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults only.
Contains 20 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
