Premular contains the specialised extract of Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 which has been specifically researched in PMS.Premular’s Ze 440 has been clinically proven to help relieve a broad range of PMS symptoms including irritability, altered mood, headache, bloating and breast pain and tenderness.1-3 Premular has also been shown to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance and regulate a healthy menstrual cycle.
Recommended dosage & directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals.
For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional.
Vegetarian friendly formula. Premular contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy or artificial colours or sweeteners. Premular tablets contain a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and some medicines. If you are taking medicines that are oral contraceptives, antipsychotic medicines or medicines for Parkinson’s disease consult your health professional before use. Contains lactose.
